They are just trying to add vaults instead of precious metals. The same pile of metal is photographed and documented as belonging to all of these custodians. Comex vault numbers have been zero since 2008 because comex doesnt hold the silver, jpm does, but actually the lbme, actually hsbc, actually, comex... see where this is going? None of them have the metal, just digital ledgers, pebbles, and piles of paper.
