>>9423598Cut the aubergines in half and take out the insides a little. Bake it in the oven for a bit and prepare the meat in a pan while adding all seasoning to it. Then take the aubergines out after a while and fill that with the meat, put cheese ontop of all that and put it back in the oven for 10-ish minutes or so. That's the general idea of it all skimmed through a lot and probably forgot something here but it came out nicely had some tzatiki on the side as well
