Out of the 30 something technicians I’ve worked with none of them had independent certifications, and all but three weren’t on some sort of hard drugs or a partially functioning alcoholics. All of them constantly break shit they’re supposed to repair and then Have the service department lie and say it was like that when it came in just in charge of customer more money for their fuck up.
