I was vacuuming my car. There are vacuum cleaners next to the car wash, this is where I had my car. When I was done cleaning the car I backed up.
While backing up, I lightly tapped a car. Because of this tap I caused paint damage to him.
Just some background information; the one I hit is a stupid Bosnian. The car I hit is a rickety car (skoda 2010). I drive a BMW 3 series 2014. Of course the boy wants to get as much money as possible out of this situation and I want to pay as little as possible. Mainly because that man is a scum.
My question is; what should i do in this situation. Pic related is the damage.
