Just because all the meaningless Troonhou threads are on a board called otaku culture, doesn't mean it's the essence of otaku culture. It's just a part of it and definitely not 99% like you guys imagine. I think you confuse being in the Troonhou Westoid fandom with otaku culture all the time.
Every thread on /jp/ not about Troonhou is more otaku culture than anything else right now. YOU ARE A TROONHOU FAN, YOU WILL NEVER BE AN OTAKU CHAD.
