1. food (which matters)
2. shampoo and other stuff you put on your skin, and not just that but also the skin of your HEAD or teeth (which matters)
3. clothing (which matters)
Shampoos matter, the stuff might even go into your brain.
Teeth are important for others, but also yourself, physical-healthrelated as well as mentalhealth.
skincare might be the least important and likely the most work/effort, can't speak on that matter as I never really had issues with unclean skin
It's not important to have perfume, but it sure can have a large impact. But you'll have to adjust it to your character and looks AND clothing. See it as an extension of your garment. Smell/Scent can be categorized in colors as it can be categorized in warm and cold.
Picrel for example fits well with darkgreen, darkbrown. Not so much with light colors or bright stuff like pink etc. Same rule applies to other perfumes
