>>23707105>dunno. i mean its fine but i still haven't adjusted to the working hours and stuff. i have less free time now but lets not pretend like i really used it for anything before..I can relate it. I could really use a job right now, although I have stuff to do on february, but you know, I could really use a part-time job since in my free time I don't really do much aside the usual
What kind of thing you used to do before getting your job?
>Will the games story revolve around these man-made disasters/evils or will there be some lovecraftian third-party too? Don't have to answer if its too spoilery and ruins the surpriseWell, let's agree that most players of this niche are more interested on the gameplay and mechanics rather than the lore. That doesn't mean that they won't enjoy a good story, but they mostly agree that the mapping and gameplay are the core elements of your work
And talking about my project and its lore, let's agree again, it will be mostly hidden. However, I do have the intention of make things clear since the very beginning. For instance, this project involves dark fantasy and cosmic horror
>man-made disasters/evils or will there be some lovecraftian third-party too?50/50. In one hand we will have people going insane for the fact that the world is pretty much fading away, or we have just wicked folks roaming around. And in the other hand, we have a cosmic force that threats to consume everything, not because it's intrinsically evil, but because that's part of it's nature
And what us, the players, could do against that? Incredible enough, we indeed can do something about it. I do like cosmic and lovecraftian horror, but something I like more is the idea of fighting against what seems to be unbeatable. Bloodborne does that, and it's catalogued as "anti-lovecraft"
