Coding is a step by step logic process. It's not hard. Equate it to having a bunch of legos but you don't know how the legos can be put together to made something once a few of them are used.
Don't go to a coding bootcamp thats for losers.
Get a monthly sub to pluralsight and pick a direction.
If you still don't understand all of that, pick one programming language and try to get as far as you can in it. The top languages that are used in the world are Java, Javascript and Python. If you can master any of those you can have a 100k job.
READ JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR CODERS. Look at the software they listed for you to use, download it and use it to familiarize yourself with the tools people use.
Setting up an IDE may seem daunting but it is not.
