>>13689808I would imagine that the U.S. has very little presence in China, Russia, Iran, and Pakistan at this point. Obviously their people in "Friendly" countries are for the most part okay, but many of THOSE people have in the past made unauthorized visits to "red" countries.
Those people have also been disappearing, even from "Blue" countries because Russia and China have a presence there and frankly, they don't have their dander up and are not expecting violence when stationed in Germany and France.
