Only really bad episode in entire season is finale. Main reason is probably change of show runner. As much as Berman and Braga used to be shat on by fans, they got stale in being charge of making Trek for too long. That being said, B&B saved us from bunch of shit pushed on by studio executives.
ENT is definitely underrated show. 4th season show runner Manny Coto made a show called Odyssey 5. That is one of the best scifi shows that got axed before first season even finished.
