Women need fat for their hormones, and there are no plant fats that have any nutrition in them. Olive oil and avocados are health neutral, and are basically just calories. Meat has every singe vitamin and mineral you need to thrive, and then if you add in some easily digestible carbs from honey and fruit you will feel amazing.
