>>8193994i would think that but it lined up too perfectly with their "style guide" that explains how to deal with stuff. if someone stutters and repeats themselves you can omit repetitions, if someone mumbles to the point that it's impossible to discern what they meant you have to put in a certain inaudible tag, be sure to google proper nouns that you're not sure how to spell, etc.
everything covered in the guide was in the practical so it leads me to believe it's that way intentionally
