Let me explain, recently I got a donation from my friend.
1st: 53 USD 11 August.2022
2nd: 54 USD at 15 August 2022
When I check my Paypal account, I got a notification, "account limited", Paypal ask me to fill 3 kind of Information:
1. ID Card.
2. Personal information.
3. Transaction Information.
After filling all the information then next page I got is "you can no longer use Paypal" page.
I check my Email, and I can see my Paypal Account get limited right when I receive a donation, both email when I get limited and receive have a same time *(Mon Aug 15 8:57).
