Castle Bravo was the largest the US detonated, it had a radius of destruction large enough to almost completely level Paris and its suburbs in the 1950s. The Tsar Bomba was 3 times larger than Castle Bravo. The largest US nukes currently in service are 1 and 2 megaton nukes designed for single warhead ICBM missiles (destruction radius of about 1.6km)
