I know a decent/intelligent guy who has a face that is a mix of an infant and caveman. I knew him since elementary school and girls always looked at him with disgust, he was always a joke to them.
I was kind of a fat nerdy kid but when I hit puberty I became a thin slightly feminine pretty-boy type. I witnessed the difference in how people started treating me, girls started touching me and flirting with me even though I was borderline socially retarded and so anxious that I could barely talk to them. Life just isn't fair.
