Get a handheld UVc thing with a shield on the back or manufacture your own.
Ozone is not a big issue as long as you ventilate the area.
I wasn't able to find a handheld device so I'm rigging my own with some materials, the important thing is that a side is covered and shielded, aluminum foil will do.
If you get a tube, remember it very well may be like old fluorescent tubes, so you'll need a ballast and a started if it's not provided with your purchase.
