In America, contractors regardless of race are often scammers. There will be even white contractors that go pick up beaners at Home Depot to do a job and then disappear and never pay them. So even in that case, the contractor is finishing the job for the person that paid him but he's scamming the people that do the work. No idea about Finland. Y
You should first try to do the work yourself. Painting anyone can do by themselves. Failing that, you can pay someone that you know or someone else you know to do it. And then reputable contractors in your area you can pay to do it but it will cost you.
