3lbs 80/20 ground beef
64oz whole milk plain yogurt
1 lg onion diced
1 bulb garlic(yes the whole fucking thing) minced
18 large eggs
1/3rd Cup Toney's seasoning
1tblsp Tumeric
Coconut oil
>cook the onion and garlic in a dollop of coconut oil until the onions begin to go translucent
>add ground beef and cook until it's mostly browned and separated
>add Toney's and tumeric
>add eggs and stir stir stir until all the yolks are broken(you can squish them against the side of the pot)
>keep stirring occasionally as the eggs cook to keep it from sticking
>cook until the eggs have cooked(mixture will go from soup to thick oatmeal consistency)
>Take off the heat and allow to cool for 20-30mins
>add in yogurt and mix well
will make roughly 6 3.5cup servings. Roughly 1300 Kcal and 112g protein per serving. You can season this anyway you like. I just like toney's and I eat tumeric for its' anti-imflammatory benefits.
