It is right and good to live in line with your basic biological instincts, and this includes a lifelong desire to provide and protect your family.
Move out when you want, but don't be ashamed of leaning on family for support until you no longer need to.
It is only shameful if you are not trying to improve yourself and achieve your goals. If you are living at your parents house because you have given up and are not trying, it is the giving up and not trying that is shameful, and the living there only a reflection of the shame, but not its source.
True strength is required to recognize such shame in oneself and to create a goal worth living for.
If you are on the grind, even if you are at the bottom, there is no shame. Only giving up is shameful.
