Implications of importing car to new country, selling it and not paying off the loan?

Hypothetically, if I bought a car from the dealership on a lease type agreement where the bank paid the dealership in full but now I make monthly payments to the bank, and I moved with my car from Canada to Poland, would anything happen if I just stopped paying the bank?
What if I sold the car to someone else in Poland and never paid off the rest of the payments?
I haven’t read many cases where they’ve pursued people due to high legal fees and such but sure would be cool to have one over the long nose tribe banks.
