But eventually they fell for the jew. In the late 00s and early 10s when electronic music become more mainstream they tried to stay "relevant" by incorporating electronic sound in their music, like the strokes or franz ferdinand. and guess what? it didnt resonate well with their fanbase. i liked them because they were exactly not electronic. just drums and guitars. sales dropped and they slid into nothingness.
other bands just failed because of drugs. most notably every project pete doherty participated in.
rock never goes away completely. but it only gets a large reach when the jews in the record labels put a lot of money in it. right now rock, or more specifically, new rock, does not make a lot of money, (in contrast to the old well established 70s and 80s bands) and the jews are too busy milking the electronic music and hiphop cows.
the music business operates in cycles pretty much like the stock exchange does
