The fact is good engineers will be augmented by AI and those 10x codes will be comes 1000x coders. Those that post about their "energy" and determination to reenter the workforce all day aren't going to make it.
You've got to use the technology available to break new ground. Those coders know frameworks built to make it easier for average people to build a website designed by a team of engineers. Code monkeys don't exist anymore, you need to push the art forward in any field because anything that has already been done can be replicated by an AI, and possibly improved on.
