I lifted for some months 3/4 days a week but mostly to try to prevent muscle loss since I was also losing weight. I did gain something but not really too much.
Now I'm 82 kg (185 cm), so I guess muscle loss is a greater risk now since I don't have as much fat as I used to. What should I do to lose those few kg left (75 kg would be a really nice mark) without ruining the muscle? The easy way would be starving for a few weeks, but I'm afraid that will also make me lose the few muscle I have. Or maybe I can starve and lift and once I'm at 75 start lifting more seriously.
