parrots are terrified of anything that isn't super familiar to them so I think they were just scared to land on the new cage and go in but after 10 hours they were fucking starving and hunger overcame fear.
I will just leave all the millet (their favourite treat) that I put in there to lure them in and let them eat that because I don't wanna stress them out by sticking my hands in the cage when they have just got over their fear of the big scary inanimate object.
