I dont eat anything sugary or floury since 16, cause i have a big body mass and if i stop training or start eating i will transform into a planetoid real fast. I once let myself go on New year\christmass 2 weak holiday and got like 10 kg of fat. Besides i kinda lost taste to food (i know it will sound bizarre to a lot of you), i dont really want to depend on stuffing myself to feel pleasure, most of my food is very plain and simple a lot of beans, vegetables, green buckweed, fruits nuts, oatmeals and i also use lots of seeds daily.
About blins, every spring we have this holyday called Maslenica its dedicated to the coming of spring, and people cook blins all weak prior too it. When i was a kid my favourite additions to them were sweet condensed milk, and cherry jam with sour cream.
