for example two bedrooms share a line for AC, a line for sockets and each has two independent lines for ceiling light and one shared for wall light. Ceiling ines are independent as they are button-controlled from multiple points.
Some of those which could in theory be shared have different RCDs so they have to have their own breakers too.
