Cows even make vegetable farming more efficient. Cows literally convert the inedible part of crops (stalk/leaf) into meat, while humans get the seed/fruit AND eventually the cows meat. Otherwise that massive part of a crop plant that humans cant digest has to be thrown out. Having pigs, which eat plants and animal waste, makes it even more efficient. Having chickens is a natural pest control.
Mixed farming is far more efficient than any other, the only downside to your vid is you arent showing them being released and walking in a huge herd to graze.
