PSLV steadily bleeds vs SLV, but when the physical supply is actually tight it's a reliable place to get bars because it's actually fully backed with deliverable bars. So if any bullion banks get into trouble and need to source bars fast it's a good option. SLV is a good proxy for the metal containment system as a whole, i.e. it's a total scam of derivatives and rehypothecation to trick goyim so they don't really buy silver and push prices up.
You can see the ratio spikes near the big price moves as the market gets more concerned about physical supply. Top line is telling you things are heating up and price will likely pop soon. And if we move above that... it's probably the prophesized squizzle being squozed, and shit just got real. But we're not there yet.
