We return from commercial break to Amy Flame standing in the ring holding a microphone, the camera operator gives the thumbs up confirming to the redhead we are indeed live once more and the young woman raises the mic to her lips to address the WWA faithful. Before she can utter a word a flurry of cheers and applause is heard from one section of the crowd, Amy smiles and looks down at the canvas, composing herself before starting over.
>"I see we have some Davina Meltzer fans in the house tonight."
Amy momentarily turns her attention to the passionate group of fans.
>"You guys have spoiled this entire segment for yourselves... but... you religiously buy my merch so I forgive you."
The rowdy fans yell and whistle loudly as the redhead turns her attention back to the hard cam.
>"As MANY of you know my WWA contract expires tomorrow, and as SOME of you know I have not yet come to terms with management regarding an extension or a renewal. With Waifu's Collide II mere hours away the chances of getting a deal done this side of the PPV becomes increasingly less likely. Everyone's focus is on making that show the best it can possibly be and I'm okay with that because I know it will be."
The redhead holds the mic to her chest and gazes out into the crowd.
>"There's still so much I want to do here. So many girls I haven't tested myself against yet. So many teams I wanted to face as part of Immaculate Connection."
Amy sighs.
>"As a person I haven't always been easy to get along with, I've made mistakes, I've said and done things to my colleagues and you the fans that keep me awake at night, but it wasn't until the one person who had no reason to ever give me another chance, our Intercontinental Champion Holly Hope-Again, reached out that I realised I wasn't a lost cause. I′ve been feeling sorry for myself for so long and it's only just recently that I learned to let go of the anger and the sadness, and if you're willing to give me a chance I promise I'll do better."
