>>3015662I've been seeing some good results with weight loss over the past few months
>How do you stay motivated? The results I've seen have kept me pretty motivated. Also, I guess in a strange way insecurity and embarrassment has also pushed me towards trying to get healthy.
>What would you recommend to anyone trying to Improve themselves? For others who are thinking about weight loss, try counting the calories you eat. I've started counting my calories and keeping it low, and I've learned a lot, and now I completely understand why I got overweight in the first place. Also, make sure you're working out. If you don't work out and you still want to lose weight, then you'll have to eat a very small amount of food per day. You don't even have to do a strenuous work out. Just run a few miles and do some push ups and sit ups. That's what I've been doing. (I hear weight lifting might actually burn more calories with less effort, but I haven't tried it yet.)
