6-7 workout (mon/wed/fri 5x5, tues/thur/fri cardio swimming now, running when my pool gets too cold)
7-8 morning hygiene and coffee
9-12 work
12-1 lunch (omad)
1-5 work
6-8 free time
8-9 no electronics, read a book
9pm bedtime
On the weekends I am keeping to my wake up time, bedtime and electronics rule, and sticking to omad for meals.
What could I be doing better? I’ve done this for 2 weeks now.
