A Sunday service won't be too abnormal, but it will be a slightly longer Divine Liturgy than usual. Maybe just don't go on the Sunday of Orthodoxy (check parish calendars to avoid that) because it's more complicated, like today was (Forgiveness Sunday).
You'll be ok, just stand at the back and follow the crowd when they stand or sit. You don't need to follow along or do anything you are uncomfortable with, like bowing, making the Sign of the Cross, etc. They won't judge you, they'll be too focused on Christ and their own repentance especially during this time.
Stay for coffee hour afterward, and talk to the priest. Someone might try to introduce you to him either way.
My only advice would be try to find one that is all in English and go there first. Antiochian, OCA, GOARCH are good choices, in that order. But ROCOR and others are fine too, it just might be harder to follow along.
God bless you
