It's not that difficult nor a big deal, so I don't get the fuss about it. Seeing irritated skin by deodorants and having no hair at all is even worse than hair, so I don't get why cut it so short either. You don't need a buzz cut to be neat. It takes les than a minute to do both.
I don't like seeing huge armpit hair even on men, so it really feels like a token issue for women empowerment.
