>>5277466mostly not. it used to be worse years ago, but the car situation is gradually improving. worst cars i've ever seen so far were in serbia. i think it's because they're outside of the eu and don't have unrestricted access to the euro market. you saw many more 20+ or 30+ year old cars there. this was in belgrade too, where presumably the richest people are.
