I was not familiar as i don't patronize greasy areas of the city in my normal day to day errand running. Some of the hospitals and laboratories are, however, in these areas, and this is where the zombies reside. They can be found leaning awkwardly against walls and bicycle racks, motionless, for several hours. They're not comatose though. They can startle awake without notice and speed off in to the shadows. It's not unlike the Resident Evil 4 zombies.
