If I say that a 30yo woman still looks good "for her age", it means I won't touch her with a ten feet pole.
Also pretty much all of women's misery stems fro their hubris. They always believe themselves to be much more competent, desirable, pretty, accomplished or whatever else than they actually are, and even when they already got a reward that is way beyond what they deserved, they still think it's not good enough.
So they ruin it and then get nothing.
