by the end of the third date you should really read the situation if shes ready for the smooch, do it in private where others can't see (do the generic thing where you look each other in tge eyes for long and lean in for a kiss, if she moves back get your shit together and remove whatevers stuck in her hair or on her shirt whatever, if she doesn't move you can gently touch her cheek with your hand and mover her closer, if she closes her eyes you can aswell but if she keeps them open you probably shouldn't close them) if shes into it just make out for a while and by the end ask her if shed like to repeat that some other time
not all girls are okay with being immediately asked for a relationship so you can keep it chill for a while before you want to make things more "official"
