place the bundle vertically in the center of the pot and release. pasta should be fanned like pic. each strand is important and deserves its own space, not piled ontop of each other like a bunch of fags. small pressure applied to the exposed tips until the whole strands are submerged. stirring should last at least 20% of the intended cooking time to prevent sticking. do not add oil and salt to the water, it disturbs the flavor profile.
