Her behaviour of "I dun givva fuk" is clearly an act of trying to convince herself on a subconscious level and she probably doesn't even realise she suffers from a lack of impulse control and deadened sensations and emotions and probably wouldn't realise listening back to this herself.
She needs to some tough love telling her exactly what the problem is with her.
