Sure men can be attractive but its not one of the prime assests of men in attracting women or important to other men. Women's bodies change more then Mens bodies, and a lot of Women struggle more with their body changes then men, they have a chest to manage and periods to deal with. Part of dealing with that is embracing the change. Im pretty sure the large amount of attention women can get from men if they desire it, by dressing up, affirms their self esteem but at the same time, springs doubt that men are not interested in them, just what they are doing/ their body.
Also its 2020, people should know by now that you are going to get lewd comments on the internet. She does not have to look at them.
