Black Salafis are speaking Arabic and are praying 5x a day. They are up at 5am to make fajr prayer every day. They are raising multiple children as full time fathers and avoiding adultery.
Learning a language like Arabic requires tremendous discipline and commitment over a period of years
If they were low impulse control we would see them abandoning their islamic studies, committing crime, missing prayers, cheating on their wife, drinking and smoking etc
Instead we see blacks adapting to an ultra puritan Salafi life.
