tried to pan fry it, curled immediately and smelled like shit. definitely wasn't gonna eat it like jerky so threw it out.
i'll probably try deep frying the other one later down the line
on the bright side the red pepper paste smells great and i still have hopes for seoy sauce pickled garlic though i don't know what i'd use either for.
also got some ramen.
