Justify your reasoning. You do not have to contemplate too much and provide a third choice/answer, thus misdirecting the discussion. The people who are going to be removed by your choice do not have to act upon the desires/beliefs — they're to be eradicated according to their innermost thoughts and beliefs that no one knows besides them.
