Q is not trying to save the planet, Q is the NSA trying to recover the stolen hacking tools that ed snowden stole.
BY posting this Q stuff all over the internet they are getting the people from 4chan 8 chink reddit to investigate the claims made by "Q".
Some of these people will go to extreme lengths to get to the truth of where information is coming from and the NSA knows that.
SO their hope is to cast this "Q" dragnet to catch people using the hacking tools that snowden stole and recover their assets one piece at a time.
