Afterwards, they fly out to a safe touristy part of africa for two weeks; some intern lefty gives them seminars and lectures, they hike up kilamanjaro or some shit, then talk to some random black village kids and "build" a school or well under supervision from the camp leaders.
They get lots of photos and write in their diaries and come back "changed" people and brag to all of their friends for about a week until their friends get bored and move on, meanwhile the school they bulit is torn down to recycle materials for the next next group.
It's a very expensive holiday for naive middle class white kids, the niggers get paid to play along and the tour operator makes thousands per applicant.
