i would like to have housings generally one or better two etages higher. with two etages higher they wouldn't necessary needed to be this big. it would be very comfortably, but even smaller houses would have enough room for hobbies and relaxing areas. but for a real home i would even say that the white house there is too small. atleast that's my experience. making comfortable and breathing housing need to be bigger. it's not the rooms itself, but the proportions. if the layout is wrong, everything is bumping into each other and the ideas and concepts don't work out. and when the stimulating, relaxing and creative areas doesn't work out, the housing can go smaller. but if a housing should be like this and they are too small, it's breaking in initself, like most villas do unfortunately. so they need to be bigger. most housings are like 2x2 meters just too small. the big housings 2x2-5x5 maybe sometimes a bit more would create a timeless space where the people and it's whole family can unfold from birth to death. but it's not possible like this. the villas are elaborate and creative sleeping spaces like this. it's destroying the whole thought behind them.
i still have to figure out on the villa concept. we need usually lots of living spaces in small areas, which is not a problem, huge skyscraper can be build with people in, big halls build within the skyscraper for social activity and all, people have lots of room to settle back in a skyscraper and they usually have some views. the open spaces can be better used for communial places instead of small living houses door by door. it's inefficient and takes all the land away.
