While I may be wrong in my approach to how the Talmud is fundamental, the fact that it was written by a general human being like you or myself, it has much less importance and significance to the original Torah that was given. The Torah is the underlying code, of the universe so to speak, a divine literature.
The Talmud was written by regular humans.
