>>3152750So, after building over 30 Galleas units, I noticed a damaged Stealth Destroyer off the coast of my territory. Though it was a long-shot and a stupid decision in hindsight, I decided to use my armada in order to try and board and capture it, sending wave after wave of ships to the bottom of the sea as I hoped the drill promotions given to each ship meant they were taking hits in. 28 ships later and the destroyer was defeated, and what's more, I successfully captured it! Now, things were still up in the air as the waters were swarming with invisible stealthies that could sink any prizes with their weakened state, but to my luck none showed up that turn and I hastily towed the destroyer back to port and assigned a Great Admiral. I now had a spearhead to reliably travel the seas with, and in between that time I had been training my knights further so they reached epic levels of Str. (32 Str. - to 100 Str.) with blizt equivalent, ready to crusade for the newly Christianized Kingdom.
California would come to ask first, having lost three major cities to the Hitties (not captured, but razed) and on the verge of having its last major city get taken over by the empire as my heavy swordsmen units stood watch from China. After negotiating multiple vital techs for the ordeal, the Great Fairy Empire joined the World War, her colony China dealing the honors of stalling the Hittie with their plentiful, if inexperienced military. Material aid started flowing from Fairy countries to compensate for Cali's devastated infrastructure (they were unable to build rifles prior to importing them from China, their newest units using muskets) and as soon as the KNIGHTs, the GFK's organization of elite supersoldiers who had each killed a large zoo worth of animals in order to gain EPIC levels made landfall, they began to turn the situation around one city at a time, their steeds propelling them faster than speeding bullets against the foe, veritable demigods of war.
