Your life is inherently meaningless. If there is no God, then there is no ultimate meaning to life nor to the Universe. We all die, the earth will eventually be destroyed by the sun and nothing we do really matters because there is no truth and we have no purpose. Your subjective feelings are worthless and the Universe doesn't care about them.
In fact, let me a bit more explicit, if your thoughts are a result of an unguided, mindless, biological process and they are simply a product of neurons interacting with each other, how can you trust your thoughts? How can you justify atheism when you don't have a mind, but simple interactions between axons and dendrites?
