I used to be circumcised, and I restored from a CI-2 to a CI-7 in around two years. I applied medical tape every day for those two years(cross taping and ring taping). It has helped me a lot, because it has brought back the mucous membranes on my glans and inner foreskin remnant, and I have mechanical gliding now, just like with a real foreskin.
